Today’s digital platforms face the challenge of going beyond utility to foster deeper connections, spark joy, and adapt to individual growth. How might we design an AI-powered platform that learns, grows, and evolves with its users, creating experiences that are not only efficient but also delightful and indispensable?

Theme 2: Fintech

Problem statement: “Gen-Z Trust in Banking”

How might we reimagine digital banking services to make big banks feel approachable and transparent in their efforts to support Gen Z's financial goals and build lasting trust and loyalty?
